| Text :: The X-Men were booked to play a series of gigs at the Caxton St hall behind the restaurents. There was another band on first and then us. Grant McClennan and Robert Foster were there and wanted to play. They arranged to play between the bands and borrowed our drummer. This happened on a couple of ocassions.
I got told later thats how they ngot the name "The Go Betweens". I don't know if this is true or not but its an interesting story. |
